This amazing 6-course bush tucker degustation luncheon features a different bush tucker in each course. The Executive Chef and Pastry Chefs of Kalgoorlie Hotel are creating exciting new recipes just for this lunch!
Karlkurla, honeyants, lemon myrtle, emu eggs, emu meat, saltbush, kangaroo meat and quandongs will be featured along with other bush tuckers.
Wine and beer will be matched with the courses.
Aboriginal Elders will provide information and short films about bush tucker collection between courses.
A table of bush tucker ingredients and cook books will be available to browse.
The lunch will be held at the Kalgoorlie Hotel on the historic balcony overlooking Hannan Street.
Cost is $250 per person which includes 6 courses, beer, wine and soft drink.
