DESCRIPTION:Cultural Competency Training Oct 2021 \nThis training course provides participants with an introduction to traditional Aboriginal culture\, history and world view. It also covers contemporary life\, social matters and theories and frameworks for working effectively in a cross cultural environment. The final section of the course looks at the skills\, attitudes and knowledge that a culturally competent person and organisation would exhibit. The course is very full with discussion\, games and films.\n\nCost includes the CCT manual\, all course material\, morning tea and lunch. $200 per person.
